Mr. Simpson is a public speaker, educator, facilitator, planner and architect with over twenty years’ experience working with public institutions including municipalities, schools and counties. He is available to work on a consulting basis on planning projects from the smallest pocket park to the largest master plan. As the Owner’s project representative he is capable of assisting in the reduction of the cost of development and construction projects. He can assist in the clear definition of project goals, the vetting and selection of appropriate design and engineering support, the procurement of services and the delivery of construction work in the interest of the best value for the Owner. He is available to speak on subjects related to the built environment, economic development and quality of life.
